Abercorn Crescent Street Tree Planting

This week we planted 12 new street trees on Abercorn Crescent as part of the Edinburgh Million Tree City initiative. Thank you to everyone who supported the project and donated towards the new trees. We planted Judas tree, Lebanese wild apple, white mulberry and Persian ironwood.
We were delighted that so many people from the local community were able came along for the planting, including Councillor Danny Aston, Councillor Iain Whyte, Councillor Val Walker, Abercorn Sports Club, Northfield and Willowbrae Community Council, Parsons Green Primary School and Willowbrae Mothers Climate Action Network.
